Terms of Use

Last updated September 23, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using FreeForStudent you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

We publish information about offers, discounts and free products available to students, and we link to the brands' own websites. We are an information service, not a party to any agreement you make with a brand.

3. Accuracy and availability of offers

Student offers change frequently. Prices, eligibility, availability by country and the terms of each offer are set by the brand, not by us. Information on this site may be out of date, incomplete or contain errors. Always confirm the current details on the brand's official page before you rely on an offer or pay for anything.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or from any offer listed on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which for free use is zero.

6. Third-party links and trademarks

Outbound links lead to websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, practices or terms. Brand names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, republish or resell our content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use the site to submit false, misleading or unlawful information.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code and design of this site are protected by copyright and belong to us. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page.

9. Affiliate disclosure

This release has no active affiliate links or tracking parameters. If that changes, commercial links will be labelled clearly. See our disclaimer and disclosure page for details.

10. Governing terms and changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
